Candyman (2021)

Macabre tales of a specter that can be summoned by looking into a mirror and saying his name five times continue to haunt the residents of the Cabrini-Green neighborhood in Chicago. Although many years have passed since the last horrific events, and the area has changed beyond recognition, the memory of the bloodthirsty nightmare lingers among the inhabitants of the old tenements. Photographer Anthony (Abdul-Mateen II), who has just moved into the area with his girlfriend Brianna (Parris), seeks to uncover the grim secret of Candyman. His unhealthy fascination with the monster will turn into a deadly obsession.
